“I think we could all use a cold beer right now, considering the impact this spill has already had and will continue to have on our coast,” said Yvette Huntley, MillerCoors Field Marketing Manager. “So why not drink one for a donation to two of the groups who are helping our area cope with the oil spill?”
Miller Lite’s donations will go to the Alabama Coastal Foundation and Mobile BayKeeper. “Miller’s contribution comes at just the right time,” said Bethany Kraft, executive director of the Alabama Coastal Foundation. “We need GPS equipment to assist volunteers who will scope our shores for the oil’s impact, so we hope lots of folks show up at Veet’s to drink up and help us out.” Mobile BayKeeper is in need of donations for everything from purchasing volunteer supplies to supporting additional staff.
Miller Lite’s Vortex is unlike anything American beer drinkers have seen before. The bottle has specially designed grooves on the inside of the neck, allowing Miller Lite’s great pilsner taste to flow right out. To learn more about Miller Lite Vortex, visit millerlite.com.
