2025 Sustainability Summit
The Alabama Coastal Foundation (ACF) is a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization with the mission to improve and protect Alabama's coastal environment through cooperation, education, and participation. Each year, ACF convenes a Sustainability Summit to encourage people in the private, public, and social sectors to understand the economic and environmental benefits of using sustainable practices.
ACF's Eleventh Annual Sustainability Summit was a tremendous success on Friday, January 31 at The Lodge @ Gulf State Park. 2025 Keynote Speakers:

Scott Bannon (Alabama Marine Resources), Chris Head (Admiral Shellfish Company), and Chuck Wilson (Navy Cove Oysters) served as on our luncheon keynote panel moderated by Rusty Grice (Auburn University) to discuss the challenges and opportunities for sustaining Alabama's oyster industry.

And both Michal Robinson (Alabama State Department of Education) and Jonathan Thompson (ASDE) provided a keynote presentation about Alabama's Green Ribbon Schools during our Final plenary session.
